USB Hub not connecting to Rpi3 on and off - by: jumans

I have 2 USB hubs one works and the other one does not.

Anyway the one that works has now become sensitive and only see one device or not at all. I power on and off and try again.

I have added a screen shot. Maybe I try again tomorrow.
