SBIG CFW-8 without SBIG camera - by: rkilgard

Hi folks,

New here, and trying to get setup with INDI. We have an Apogee Alta U42 and an old SBIG CFW-8. We have been driving both with MaximDL, but I would love to switch to INDI. I have successfully connected to the camera in kstars on both macOS (thanks to Peter Polakovic) and Raspberry Pi running ubuntu mate. The filter wheel is connected via a serial to USB adapter, and I can see it on ttyUSB0.

But... there's no option in kstars or any of the other INDI things I've tried for standalone SBIG filter wheels. Am I missing something obvious? If not, is there any way to get this setup to work?
