Issues with lodestar X2 CCD - by: Dave

I've been having some issues with my Lodestar x2 CCD, when I open ekos in kstars I can connect to the mount and DSLR just fine but the CCD just hangs on an amber light. I can persuade it to connect by quickly disconnecting and reconnecting a few times, and so far this has been the only way to get it up and running. However I'm hitting a wall now that I'm trying to get PHD2 to connect to it through INDI, the mount connects just fine and I can connect to the DSLR as if it were a guiding camera as well. I suspect that the first issue is related, does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
